I have owned several Keurig coffee makers over the years and have always been happy with the quality. Recently, my one cup Keurig coffee maker, that I use in my RV had a problem. I called customer service so they could help me troubleshoot the problem I had. They were very responsive and knowledgeable and when it was decided it couldn’t be fixed, I was sent a replacement Keurig, even though my warranty had expired 2 to 3 weeks before my call. This was above and beyond my expectations. The customer service rep made me feel like I counted as a customer. I was always pleased with the quality of Keurig, now I can add I am also pleased with their customer service. Thank you, Keurig!
As much as I loved my K-express, it stopped working but customer service gave me easy instructions to put in a warranty claim. I received my replacement within 4 days! So glad I didn’t have to go without my delicious coffee for very long! Thank you.
Kuerig has the best customer service. I had an issue with my k-express that I had purchased a year ago. After a 5 minute call I was told a new one would be shipped to me. I received it a couple days later. Doesn't get any better than that!
