I bought the exact same Keurig and for some reason it would blink twice and stop so I called and was given a replacement and I’m so glad to have one again.
We bought this keurig coffee maker for our new business, after about 4 months I bought the descaler liquid and it tripped a switch to make it not brew anymore. I contacted Keurig and they were AMAZING! I e-mailed them the picture of the coffee maker and s/n# and we had a brand new one within 2 days! Thier customer service is TOP NOTCH!
This brewer is an even bigger piece of junk than the original. Literally was only able to brew one cup of coffee before this brewer suffered an internal electrical failure and now will no longer work.
I called and told the representative that it wasn’t working at all. She sent me out a new one. It arrived quickly. Back to having a quick cup of coffee. Thanks again!
Had a problem with my coffee maker called Kuerig spent less than 10 minutes sent pics of what they wanted received new one within 5 days at no cost for anything highly satisfied
