My Keurig stopped working. I called there office and relayed the problem. I was asked to send a couple of pictures and information. Info. and pictures were sent and reviewed. I am received email of acceptance and statement that l would be receiving a replacement within 2 days. Sure enough, the next day the replacement arrived. That sure made my day. Great service!!!
I had my Keurig for less than a year when it froze up on me. I contacted the company and was connected to a representative without and endless series of press 1, etc. I was advised that they would send a replacement. They did, quickly. Love it. Love Keurig Co.
I'm most pleased with your warranty service. I have used it 3 times since I received the first one as a gift. They work fine until they fail. Then your customer service staff are most pleasant and helpful. I'm not going to try sending photos again, because your report form has multiple times today, started over and deleted what I had already entered. Sorry that things aren't going well with the Keurig business. I have never heard any negative words against Keurig.
My keurig kept showing it needed descaling after I did a descaling process on it, I called the company to problem solve & they sent a new one just like mine to me. I appreciate the quick response, I love Keurig & need my coffee.
My Keurig wouldn’t respond to descaling. I called for help and spoke with a very knowledgable, easy to understand person who walked me through some tests and concluded that the problem could not be fixed and the machine would have to be replaced. I had a new exact same model in less than a week.
