Keurig K Express is the best Keurig by far - love it - only suggestion is if you descale, follow the directions for the K Express for descaling not the directions on the Keurig descaler liquid

You did promptly replace my K-Express when it stopped working during the dreaded de-scaling. The new one works fine, as did the old one until the mandated descaling. My question is, if this one fails, will it be covered by warranty since I did not buy it? If so when does the warranty period commence?

Aver 120 cups of coffee my K-Express Essentials Coffee Maker stopped working. The call to Kureg was easy and the service was helpful and supportive. Thank you. Only the form said it would be shipped by more than one shipment but only one was received. That part was fine as that was the coffee maker however, the manual was not there. Would you please send the manual. I like to be informed when I run into questions. Thank you.

This was a warrantee replacement for one of the three identical Keurigs we own because one had a faulty descaling sensor. There was no argument from Keurig and our replacement arrived in less than a week. These make wonderful coffee!
