I bought this K-Express as we had not liked our pod coffee pot bought 5 years ago and were back to the coffee regular process. We tried this model for a new 2nd pod try and love it.
I absolutely love my Keurig it makes my coffee just perfect. I was cleaning it and had a problem. I was talking the customer service and she was so very helpful. She tried to help me with my problem, but it had to be replaced. She was very kind and helped me to resolve my issue. And another Keurig was shipped to me. I'm extremely happy...in fact it arrived early. I am on extremely happy customer that does share how great my Keurig is and the people the people that work at Keurig. Thank You.
I bought this over a year ago when I started my second career as a training Supervisor. I have a Keurig at all my essential places: work, home and my mother-in-law it’s a great equalizer!!!!!!!
I am very impressed with how quickly our Keurig was replaced with a brand new one when we had some functioning issues with the one we got as a Christmas gift. Very professional customer service and speedy replacement!!
I enjoy having a single individually brewed fresh cup as opposed to drinking from the same, stale pot all day. The Keurig brews the cup quickly and the the coffee is always hot and delicious.
I purchased almost a year ago and I use it daily! I was so upset when after the first descale, it decided to not work anymore. When I found out it was still under warranty, I was so excited!! Thank you so much Keurig!!!!
Sadly, one day my coffee want pouring because I'd just didn't Wana turn on. Thankfully I still had it under warranty and customer service was quick to replace it, I'm so happy to have my coffee every morning thanks to Keurig!
