Was really disappointed the coffee maker stopped working after only nine days use, but Keurig was quick to replace it. I must say, before it stopped working, I really loved this coffee maker. This is the second Keurig we've had that stopped working suddenly... Looking it up on the internet, many people have complained about their coffee makers not powering up. The other one was a totally different (more expensive) model. When they work, they are awesome, but I think Keurig needs to re-engineer something with the powering of the machine.
I love this new model! Purchased it as a gift ava they love it too. Thanks to the slim design it fits perfectly were they want it placed and it gets used nightly for hot water for tea pr hot chocolate; I've also got the comfort of my favorite k-cups when I visit. This is the third Keurig I've purchased over 10 years & I've found Keurig's customer service to be consistently outstanding. This company stands behind their products. Whether you are brewing hot beverages with k-cups or just needing nearly instant hot water I recommend this model.
Bought the unit three months ago and went to do a cleaning for calcium buildup. It stopped in middle of cycle and would not start again. I called warranty and I received a replacement in few days. Why would you buy any other brand when service from Keurig is 5 star . I will recommend this customer service this to everyone
I first bought this a year ago and it worked like a charm for almost a year. Amazing how fast that hot water comes through for the perfect cup. When the descale light came on though, the process was not a smooth one and it eventually quit working just before the warranty expired. My warranty claim went well, and I now have a new one. I hope it lasts more than a year.
