The warranty replacement was a no-problem experience even without a receipt. They know what they are doing and if you follow their directions, you will get a fast replacement. I did. 7 days after my phone call I was back in business with a new K-Express.
I bought a Keurig about 2 months ago then it just stopped working no power called Keurig and how quickly they replaced it was very shocked that company still stand behind their products
I bought a brewer in January and after it was time to do the clean on it, it stopped working. I called to have ot replaced after procrastinating a while and got it replaced very quickly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought Keurig not long ago and scale light came on within two weeks. Cleaning was not easy to clean. Scale light came back on within a week. After about three weeks later it would not turn on. I will say this custom service were very helpful and Keurig is on the way within days
I don't know if its me or the coffee pot but I will never buy a Keurig coffee maker again. I have had 2 of the same single coffee maker and they both have leaked water on my counter. Don't get me wrong Keurig replaced the first one but when I took it out of the box, cleaned it and set it up for the morning it had leaked!
