I bought my Express coffee maker and exactly 3 months later it died. I called customer service and told them what happened and they said they'd replace it asap. They gave me the exact details to get it replaced and I unfortunately left out a crucial piece of info, the shipping address. They blew my phone up (their number shows up as restricted) until I answered, apologized for how their number shows up and explained why they were calling. My new coffee maker was shipped and has been working fabulously.
Really good coffee maker and it's better than the previous Keurig I had. This one brews a hot cup of coffee unlike the other Keurig I had. The replacement of my Keurig was very simple process, ay fast.
I bought mine a month ago and it just stopped working. I called the customer service line and I will tell you this is the best customer service I have ever received. I can’t tell you how happy I am. We went through with what I needed to do and within 4 days my new K-Express was here.
I recently had to get a replacement Keurig because mine just stopped working. I contacted customer service and was told what to do in a few easy steps. I had my replacement machine within a week! The person I talked to was very friendly and helpful and I am so happy to have a new coffee maker. I will stick with Keurig until I stop drinking coffee (never) lol
We purchased a Keurig K-Express Essentials Coffee Maker less than 6 months ago. After repeated descaling, couldn't get the light to go off AND it wouldn't brew a cup of coffee. We are grateful Keurig provided a replacement. Just hoping this one lasts longer than the original.
