Descaling light would not go out afterwards, called to see how toget light out. I was told it was defective and a new replacement was sent in about a week.
I called about a replacement for my Keurig coffee maker the customer service agent was exceptional and they were no problems it arrived on time other company should take note because this was great no other company I can think of does such a good job
Our machine started leaking only a few months after we purchased it. I had registered it with Keurig and contacted them. We were directed to get the information they needed and within 10 days we had a new machine! No hassles and no excuses! It made me a Keurig customer for life!
I contacted customer support just to see if there was anything I had not tried yet to get my unit to work (after trying everything I found online), before just getting a new one. The lady was very helpful, having me try several things - only one of which I had not tried - before realizing there was nothing more that could be tried. I was okay with that and was going to thank her and hang up, when she asked me for the serial number. I gave it to her and to my utter shock she said it was still under warranty! I told her I'd gotten it more than a year ago, but she said again that it was under warranty and a new unit would be sent to me! After I got it and called to get the address to which I should ship the old one, I had another surprise when I learned that you would even pay for the return cost (I would have been happy to pay for that). Then she asked for my email address and said a code for a free box of K-cups was being sent to me, to compensate for the inconvenience (I never felt inconvenienced!). And that was not for a little 10-cup box, it was for a large one! This was, bar none, the most amazing experience I ever had with customer service!
I purchased a machine in October of last year. In April I had a issue with the machine not working. After contacting the customer service center. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a new machine two days later. I highly recommend the Keurig
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great, but replacement parts are hard to find!!

Bought this machine a few years ago for my home but almost never used it. Ended up bringing it to my job where it was used 5+ times a day. It always kept up with how often it was used and we never had any problems! However, someone recently dropped the water reservoir which resulted in it cracking to the point we could not fix. I’ve been searching for a replacement water reservoir for days but haven’t found one. I don’t want to replace the whole thing as the machine itself still works.
