I first bought the K-Express Essentials coffee maker in Oct 2021, used it 2 months , then it stopped working. Because I loved it so much I reached out to Kuerig customer service for help. Just like their product their customer service was top notch. I returned my faulty coffeemaker and had a new one in less than 2 weeks. I wholeheartedly recommend Keurig for great product and service
