I like the product. I did a cleaning cycle, it quit working. Called for tech support, Keurig tech checked with service. Then started warranty process. I got the replacement in about a week.
I got my Keurig replaced because after three months my first one quit working I almost think they replaced it with a rehabbed unit because it just doesn’t work right and it’s very loud and it doesn’t even make a full cup of coffee I would never buy a Keurig ever again
First off, the customer service with Keurig has been absolutely amazing. I was saddened that my Keurig malfunctioned on me but the team was able to help and get me a new one immediately. I love my Keurig, it literally plays a major role in getting my day started. Most importantly, it's the easiest way to brew a cup without the extra hassle.
