My Daughter got me this Christmas, I was so excited to use it. And it has been so much fun to use. Thanks to that helped replace my Keurig and your people are so understanding Thank you.
I bought this on November and it stopped working. Called customer service and the gentleman was so polite and helpful. He arranged to have the broken one picked up and replaced it wily a new one. Not many company offer custermer service anymore but Keurig did.
My coffee maker broke so I called it in the rep walked me through some steps to see if we could fix it but no luck so he had a new one sent out and I received it within 3 days Good job
