My Essential machine was only 2 months old and would not descale? properly. TEAM KUERIG was excellant at trying to help, but still did not do the trick, so a replacement was provided within 5 days (with shipping) to me! Thanks for standing behind your productttttttt!
I was very disappointed to find that my old Keurig-style reusable coffee pods no longer fit into the "not so pretty" new design. Does Keurig have a new design coffee pods to fit the new design Keurig?
I'm so glad I registered my machine because I love.I had no problem getting the replacement except for all the questions like what coffee did I use did I descale correctly I just thought those question weren't relevant what kind/brand coffee.The replacement quick as well
Bought the Keurig express which lasted about 6 months before it quit working; replacement was sent but it seems like it’s a refurbished one because the water tank doesn’t even sit on there right. I’m still a fan of Keurigs, just ain’t that happy with my replacement.
Our first one crashed. Bought a single serve temp replacement until warranty replacement arrived just b4 our Easter gathering. Use the small one for trips now. Thanks for fast service!!!
This was my sister-in-laws coffee pot. It just wouldn’t come on so I called for her. The customer service was impressive and a replacement was sent out to her. Love my Keurig and so does she!
