I purchased my coffee machine on 5/21/21 and it started acting up. Taking a long time to make coffee. Called Keurig CS went through the steps to correct it but it still didn’t work. They sent me an replacement one and not even a month of having it the same issues are happening.
Like that it’s not as big as some of there other products. So it doesn’t take up so much of the counter space.3
I would recommend this to a friend!

It’s a nice coffee maker but it doesn’t get hot, just a very warm temperature. Only had it 3 days

Keurig replaced an Express Unit that quit working after few uses during first week. A new unit was sent to replace it. the failed unit was returned to Keurig.
