not a big machine. Easy to use, and clean. I have had keurigs for several years now. and been quite pleased with them and the service they provided when I needed a replacement.
When the cleansing light stayed on, I called Customer Service. The warranty process was easy and the agent was knowledgeable, efficient and kind. I received my replacement fast and I am once again enjoying every cup of coffee my K-Express Essentials Coffee Maker delivers. It is the perfect size for me with great features. Thank you Keurig!!
I bought my Keurig in the summer. It worked fine and then just stopped. I ran all the test. When I took it back to the original store they told me to contact Keurig. When I did the customer service agent and I ran through the test again. She determined that the machine was not operable and immediately started the process for a replacement machine because I was under warranty. She made it very easy. The new Keurig came and works just great!
I have owned different Keurigs. This by far is the easiest to use. I also like the fact you can get it in multiple colors to possibly match your kitchen.
