Have had to replace it 3 times in less then 1yr.. finally 4th time they gave me a different keruig maker. Just randomly stopped powering on.

I loved the look and the idea of this product but sadly it seems to be a mass production and it breaks and dies easily after trying to conduct the descaling procedure.
