I bought this coffee maker to replace an older one. The size (height) of this coffee maker is perfect to fit under my kitchen cabinet. All others would need to be moved out from under the cabinet in order to raise the handle and place the pod in.
my k-express essential coffee maker would not descale--so i contacted customer service and they sent me a new k-express exactly like mine. I am very happy with their commitment to customer service

I bought my K Express Essentials Keurig coffee maker last November when my previous Keurig of 8yrs passed one cold morning. My new K Express was doing pretty great. It let me know it was time to descale and I gave it a try, but for some reason I just couldn't get the process to work. I needed more help so I called Keurig. Not only did I get to speak to a real person who worked with me for about 30 minutes but when my K Express still wouldn't behave as it should. She helped me understand my K Express was still under warranty and she would start the replacement process. My new K Express arrived in about a week and everything has been going great! 5 Star Customer Service and 5 Star Warranty Process!

We love everything about this little coffeemaker. The small footprint, instant very hot coffee, snazzy colors available (we chose red), and small reservoir.
