Broke after 4 months

I bought this Keurig to replace the last one that broke. Worked fine for 4 months and suddenly the lid won't stay down so it won't brew. Can't seem to fix it and I've spent too much time trying to fix already. Disappointed in the poor quality. What is the warranty?

Disposable Brewers

I have been using Keurig since single-brew machines were a novelty. My first machine lasted 5 years, the second two years, the third was replace under warranty. When that unit broke after the first descaling I just couldn't deal with customer "service" again and bought a new unit. That was 3 months ago and, no surprise, after the first descaling it is malfunctioning. Keurig should just let consumers know their units are disposable. I like the convenience and the current machine is basic enough for my 84-year-old father to use. But please--if you want consumers to purchase your profit-generating pods--go back to making machines that last longer than the warranty.

Good but didn't last

We bought this 11 months ago for our travel trailer. The size and capabilities were perfect during the time we were temporarily living in our trailer. The descale light came on so I tried to do the descale procedure. Unforfunately, the unit died during the process and would not turn on. This was our daily use coffee maker and it wasn't worth pursuing contacting support, etc. I wasn't happy but we really needed an immediate replacement. Since the size was perfect and the price was ok I just purchased another one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pricey for 2 weeks of coffee

I bought this 2 weeks ago, guess what? It no longer works.
So in short, this product sucks and Keurig's quality has obviously gone down significantly since my last one (it lasted almost 6 years).
Overall if I could it would be a 0/5 for me.

Descale light

I use this coffee maker every day and really like it but the descale light went on and now will not go off. I have descaled according to directions and the light remains on.

Compact, fast brew, & so cute

Very simple brewer. The only settings are for the 3 different cup sizes. I also like that the whole brewer is simply one solid tropical teal color & it looks lovely in my kitchen. Brew time is faster than I remember other keurigs being. I'm quite happy with it!

Great, fast and sleek little brewer!

I’m in love with this new keurig! I had an older one before but it was really heavy and took up a lot of counter space. I love that this one is nice and sleek and barely takes up any space on the counter! Other thing I noticed is you don’t have to wait for it to heat up. I turned it on and it was ready to brew almost instantly! I like the option to choose the size I like to brew as well. Coffee cake out great and brewed super fast. Would definitely recommend this brewer! Looking forward to using this for both coffee and tea. I received this product free or complimentary for testing.

Great Compact K-Cup Coffee Machine!!

Overall, this is a wonderful product. The packaging was very high quality and professional, and the setup took less than 2 minutes. Visually, I have the red colored option and it looks very cool. Ultimately, the compact size of this model gives me the ability to have it in my home office.. which will be very convenient. The machine itself works very well. The coffee brews surprisingly quickly, and is a good strength. The 6, 8 and 10 punch settings are sufficient. The only thing that I would have liked to see is a button to brew a stronger cup.. but overall, this is a fantastic k-cup coffee machine.
