Spoke with trouble shooter to try to figure out what my problem might be with my Keurig. After a few different questions and attempts to fix it was clear there was a deeper problem. My serial number was registered when I purchased it so it was an easy warranty replacement. Got my new Keurig in about a week. Love a company that stands by their product and if a situation comes up they make the warranty replacement easy.
This is my second K-Express. The first one stopped working after 2 months. This one doesn't appear to brew the correct amount of coffee, the 6 oz, 8 oz and 10 oz all appear to be the same.
I love my Keurig K Express Essentials brewer .we use it every day.The only feature I do not like is the Descaling feature, because it works sometimes and sometimes it does not.Very Irritating
