I had a slight problem with my new machine and after some discussion with a customer service representative it was decided that replacement would be best. I received it within a week and am happy to have this great appliance back
I bought my k express and it was great until I moved it 1300 miles. Don’t know what happened but I called Krueger and they were great replaced it with no problem
I recently received a Keurig Machine for christmas, I used it daily and when it said to descale, I bought the cleaning solution and did what I was supposed to. When I did this something happened to the machine, I called the hotline and Keurig was so gracious to send me another machine. I was at aww that they did this. I had my replacement machine within 7 days of my phone call.

I loved this thing at first. I cut down on the amount of coffee I drink so this was perfect for my one cup a day. I descaled it once after 3 months. When it came time to descale it again I followed the instructions and then it quit working. Lift the pod lid size lights blink twice same for when you close the lid to brew but it shuts off. You can get water to flow by pressing the 10oz button but it is not hot water to brew. I didn’t register it so I can’t get a replacement. We bought a new one. Hopefully this one lasts longer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
