I purchased this Keurig for my office last summer. After the descale light came on, I went through the process per the instructions and all was well. Following the descaling, I used a rinse cup. Again, all was well....until someone attempted to brew a cup of coffee. Suddenly, the machine was no longer working! The machine would make noise, but no water came through. Long story short, I called customer service and went through troubleshooting with the rep. After the machine still didn't work, I was sent a new one within 24 hours.
My K-essential kerig wasnt working right i mean it worked but not the way it should so i contacted them and we tried the descaling method and it still did the same thing so because it was under warranty they sent me a brand new replacement and i got in less than 5 business days. They really stand behind their products. Like i said excellent service thankyou Keurig
