I received my “first” Keurig express as a Christmas present. It lasted less than 2 months. I called Keurig and they “graciously” sent a new one. So, okay for a few days I was happy but boom, once again it stopped working. I’m now on my third one and keeping my fingers crossed. If this one dies, you can keep them. I’ll look you posted on my latest!!!! Even went out and bought all the extras . Little drawer and filter, descaling stuff. Not super happy
I bought a K-Express because I now need to drink only decaf, but my husband can drink regular and he likes the flavored coffees. The K-Express met our needs, however the original needed to be decalsified, but the light requiring it did not go out. Keurig was very responsive and replaced the appliance.
I am had a problem with my original Keurig coffee maker and fortunately it was covered under the manufacturers warranty and it was replaced very quickly, I am very satisfied with the product and the company that stands by their products.
