Keurig was amazing. My keurig quit powering on i called an they sent out a replacement a few days later. Customer service was very helpful. Will continue to use keurig an its products
You didn’t send any manual. No way to descale information,. I appreciate the sending a new brewery. But there were NO instructtionsvon the care and wat tobdonfvsomething wentbwrong.
I got this as a replacement for one that quit on me. Was disappointed that it quit but was very excited when they told me they were going to replace it free of charge because it was still under warranty. Thank you Keurig!
This is a great, compact coffee maker for smaller spaces. I really like that the water container is on the right side, making right handed refills more convenient, also love the color choices, the two reasons I chose this model. I’ve had Keurigs for years and they always last a long time. The only reason I did 4 stars is because my first one quit working just after a month. But I called the company, and they replaced it free of charge and I got it quickly. Just used my old back up Keurig in the meantime. Hopefully it was just a fluke and this one lasts me a long time as I use it every day.
This was a replacement for the K Express Essentials I bought in Oct of 2021, Within 3 weeks of receiving it it broke in the same way so I will be calling again Sorry but I thing this model needs some work.
