I purchased a Keurig--K-Express that I really liked. It made great coffee and hot chocolate. However, in less than 2 months, it stopped working. I called the company, and in about a week I received a new one! That is great service! Thanks Keurig!

I bought my sister a mini Keurig as a present, but it started to deliver less than the ozs requested. I called the trouble hotline and got a VERY helpful lady who spent a lot of time walking me through the steps to resolve the problem. Things improved slightly. She then told me they would replace it under warranty at no charge and no shipping. The replacement works perfectly!! I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH KEURIG AND THEIR SERVICE AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEIR PRODUCTS TO EVERYONE !!!
I purchased a Keurig and had an issue with the machine; I called up Keurig and provided my details and within the week I had a replacement in my door step. I am very pleased with the customer service and I love my Keurig product.
