I had my K-Express for several months when it developed a problem with the descaling function. I contacted support, the unit was still under warranty. The representative immediately offered to send me a replacement, and a mailing label to return my K-Express. Everything went as promised, and I could not be more pleased with Keurig.
My K-Express stopped working about 6 months after I purchased it. I made contact with Kuerig. After reaching out a couple of times through email, I was sent a replacement coffee maker.
Great price. Gets the job done. The reservoir could be a little larger, but the whole thing is really compact. Love that it doesn't take up a lot of counter space, and the front controls make it easy to use. I can even put in a teabag instead of a pod.
