Our coffee maker stopped working 40 days after the purchase. We called the company and was able to have it replaced. It was a very easy process and was received quickly. Excellent people on the phone and service.
I bought my coffee my coffee maker back in November. There was a fault with it and the company had a new one to me within a week. Makes great fresh hot drink love my maker
Generally like this utensil, but the last brewer simply stopped working. We’ll see how this replacement goes. Hopefully have a one year warranty on the replacement. Dealing with the phone warranty agents was excellent.
This unit is a warranty replacement for one that failed. Used another type of coffee maker while waiting for the replacement. Missed my express badly. Glad to have it back making my coffee every morning.
