My sister-in-law, bought this coffeemaker and was only able to brew 1 cup before it stopped working. After several attempts, I too, was unable to get it to work. I contacted the company, and was promptly sent a replacement. She is very pleased with her new coffeemaker. Not only do they make great coffeemakers, but they stand behind them. It was a great experience.
I got this k-express as a replacement for one I got in September it quit working and when I call the company they were really nice and replaced it at no cost to me.
I purchased my Keurig right before Christmas. It broke just over a month later. I contacted Keurig Customer Care and they made sure that I was still in warranty (I was) and then sent me a replacement free of charge to me with a new warranty. I love the Keurig brand and would highly recommend them to anyone.
I bought the K-Express love it does not take up to much room and is so much better than the model I had years ago that you had to wait for the water to heat first It did break after descale it kept turning itself off. But customer service was fast and efficient. They sent me another one. Did not sit on hold forever when calling
