Love the item but my first one broke down. Putting a call into the Keurig company, a replacement was sent. Within two weeks, everything was taken care of and I am happy with the replacement. Thank you Keurig!

She provided all information need for replacement. I went through the necessary requirements to get my new keurig coffee maker. I am a happy customer.

I gave you a 5 because you addressed my issue promptly with professionalism and concern for my issue. But I was disappointed to see that there were no filters in the box and Everytime I got a shipment there was always samples in there which were not present this time.i think you could have done better.
