The shipper stated they couldn’t find my location which in fairness, the address was incorrect on the label. However the shipper had texted me previously but didn’t text to let me know about the incorrect address. The shipping company sent it back to Georgia. So I still have no replacement keurig.

I got this as a recent Christmas present. I was so excited to get it, but now that I've used it, the coffee and teas I've made just aren't hot enough.

Easy to brew smooth expert Starbucks quality coffe

I purchased my k unit about eight months ago when the scale light continued to signal after being cleansed. I called the company for help and they sent me a new unit. What a nice way to end my day....they honored their warranty with only a couple questions. I'll never go back to stove top coffee. Especially since I can brew my own Starbucks now!
