I bought many Keurig machines in my life. They all do not make the coffee hot enough. This one does make the coffee hot for drinking. I am really enjoying this one. The coffee comes hot instantly. Easy to use as it does not have too many features like the other expensive ones I had in the past which is a plus for me. I found now too many features in the machine is more trouble than help.

I am glad I bought a 2 year warranty. It did pay off when I got problems with my Keurig. I called, spoke with a service person who helped me solve my issue by ordering a new Keurig machine for me. I love my Keurig coffee maker and use it all day, every day.
