I received a k-express for my birthday. I already had a working Keurig but wanted a K-express. After only a month the crazy thing stopped working. I called you and I received the best support ever. My coffee pot was replaced without question. I even received my new one before I sent my broke one back. I stop at my moms house virtually every morning for coffee. She has had a Keurig for years. I gave my working old Keurig to my grandson. Now you have 3 generations of Keurig fans.
