I purchased a K-Express Essentials coffee maker

I love how fast this machine makes coffee. I am not sure if the annoying feature of my model is a defect or a characteristic. After brewing 1 10 oz cup, I am not able to brew a second cup without adding more water to the reservoir, even tho 3/4 of the water still remains in it. The 'add water' button lights up. Please advise.

My company purchased the K-Express for special meetings at our store. During a store wide breakfast someone thought it would be a good idea to use the bosses coffee machine & of course someone broke it somehow. It simply would not turn on anymore. I tried to look up the manual to trouble shoot it & see if I could fix it. When I couldn't find it anywhere I called Keurig customer service to see if they could help me. The wonderful woman on the phone asked when it was purchased & as the book keeper I still had the receipt. As it turns out, it was still under warranty & she happily helped me set it up for a replacement. In about 2-3 weeks we had a brand new machine! I couldn't be happier & of course love all of my Keurig machines of which I personally own 3 :D
I bought a brand new one in July. The first time it needed to be descaled and I did it 3 times and it wouldn’t go out of that mode. I called customer service and they did some trouble shooting over the phone and then they mailed me a brand new replacement!
