I had a issue with my new K-Express and called Keurig. They were so helpful and tried to assist me to get it working again. Since my K-Express was only a few weeks old, and we couldn't get it to work, they shipped me a brand new machine! I was so grateful and happy to see that this company still believed in Customer Service!
My New Keurig the descale light came on four cleaning pods and one bottle of descale cleaner it never went off I'm on my three machine I'm not getting excited yet
I bought the original coffee pot in May of 2021. I like the compact size because I only have 3.5 feet of counter space. I have owned several Keurig coffee makers and they make the best coffee.
I received this item as a gift and it was brand new never used. I was able to secure a replacement. The item never worked, I pleased that Keurig stands behind its product and the customer service worker handled the case excellently.
