I called early August and did hear back. Three went by so called again and hav to repeat the whole process again. This time did get someone to sent a replacement after walking through not getting machine to work on phone.
This is the third replacement I've had to do, all having the same problem. The unit will stop brewing and you have to continually open and close the K-Cup lid and eventually it might brew.The CS rep tried to deny my claim stating it was because I wasn't using Kureg K- Cups. I explained to her it had nothing to do with the Cups. I did get my unit replaced. I think Kureg should extend their warranty to longer than a year. I like the product just not the Common Problem.
