This is one of the best coffee makers ever. We use it at our camp and it brews the coffee so fast and it is hot not just luke warm. We really enjoy the coffee first thing in the morning. Keurig also stands by their products and sent a new coffee maker when our other one quit working. Free of charge with the warranty.
I had to keep calling back to get my Keurig replaced because it was a gift and I didn't have the receipt. Went through (3) Keurig's in less than 1 1/2 years.
The K-Express Essential is totally junk.It will not brew on the fist try.Lift lid and try again then finally 😩.This is my second one and both does the same.Spend alittle more one that's tested and works.
After only 5 months the Keurig would not turn on at all. After calling & sending proof of purchase & serial number, our replacement arrive in a few days.

Appreciate the quick turn around. New unit works great. Only glitch they denied warranty to begin with, but receipt and unit were same serial # do they accepted it after I called.
