Poor warrant service.

Your warranty process is very poor. It appears to be designed to make it a difficult as possible to get an in warranty replacement of your product. After completing all the necessary steps of photographing the unit and it purchase receipt. The request is automatically rejected. This discourages a great number of and they simply go purchase another one. If you appeal the rejection you are then are directed to a phone interview with a third world person who has very poor English skills. If you get through the interview and are granted a replacement. You receive a new product with no warranty information and no explanation of the replacement. This voids the extended replacement insurance offered by your largest retailers. And then to be subject to contract just to tell you how poor you r service is. The processis offending.

K Express is a good entry level coffee machine good for small use. The moment you make multiple cups the machine gets heated up and internal thermal fuse teips which is not accessible.
