this thing was a piece of junk from day one. made funny sounds and sometimes would build pressure inside the kcup. when i opened the lid it sprayed hot water and grounds all over the area including me. actually did that twice so enuf was enuf. phone person was terrific. no hassle at all. didn't even have to send the old one back. replacement is working fine; doesn't make the same weird sounds as the old one. hoping it was a one-off. 8^)

The K-express Essentials coffee maker is just about right for my small household. It’s easy to use, has a decent size water reservoir and looks great, providing a nice color “pop“ in my kitchen.
