Although it was almost a great experience, i had to call sfter being denied the replacement. It seems that because i bought the product on a black friday sale, the price was so low they thought it was used. When i called the gentleman reviewed the receipt, saw their error and processed the replacement right away. I received the replacement within 5 days. Absoltely a great experience, they do stand behind the product
I submitted the receipt several times but it took me much more pressing for them to accept Walmarts app receipt. Things were finally accepted and the rest was smooth.
Quick test to make sure that the coffee maker was really broken and a replacement was sent s as it was under warranty. I am back to enjoying the Java. Phenomenal service.
