This is the second of these that we have purchased for work that has stopped working within 6 months of unboxing. I will say that my claim was relatively easy and the warranty replaced it. The one my co-worker purchased had her warranty replacement denied when it experienced the exact same problem.

I did say color did not matter, but wow... Tropical Blue is truly an unusual color, more like mermaid green, You know always gotta complain about something! But I was just happy to be able to get a replacement and so easily and quickly. JUST AMAZING, thanks so much!
