I am very happy with my K-Express Essentials Red Brewer, i recieved, after my brewer unexpectedly stopped working. I love that Keurig stand behind thier products for up to a year. The peocess was smooth and seamless, and recieved my replacement fast. I have had Keurig brewers for years, and will continue for many more! Thank you Keurig for the help and making this loyal consumer feel like we do matter!
Our express stopped working after 6 months. After less than 10 minutes on the phone, Keurig sent an e-mail, I filled out the requested information and my replacement was sent within 7 days. Excellent service.

I did not receive any warranty papers with the replacement under warranty ,i called and tried to register it with the serial number on the back of the new unit and the lady said she could not resister it i dont know why ,it is soo hard to deal with your people i rate you poor very poor!cant even understand them they all have accents.very poor service!
