Your company was using several excuses as to why you could not honor the 1 year manufacturers warranty. But with my own persistence, the supervisor finally agreed to send a replacement.

Coffee pot stopped working would not brew pods

I did have a warranty on this, however the first shipment was in Chicago with a tracking of being returned to the sender. I waited 2 & half weeks for the replacement and when I got it it look like it would have been a refurbished model. So not happy at all with the amount that these machines cost, a brand new machine should have been sent out. Also did not come with manual or any paperwork

I am very happy with my K-Express Essentials Red Brewer, i recieved, after my brewer unexpectedly stopped working. I love that Keurig stand behind thier products for up to a year. The peocess was smooth and seamless, and recieved my replacement fast. I have had Keurig brewers for years, and will continue for many more!
