Your company was using several excuses as to why you could not honor the 1 year manufacturers warranty. But with my own persistence, the supervisor finally agreed to send a replacement.
I did have a warranty on this, however the first shipment was in Chicago with a tracking of being returned to the sender. I waited 2 & half weeks for the replacement and when I got it it look like it would have been a refurbished model. So not happy at all with the amount that these machines cost, a brand new machine should have been sent out. Also did not come with manual or any paperwork
I had this Keurig for a couple months and it blew out. All I had to do was send them a purchase receipt and they shipped my Keurig the same day. It was very easy getting my replacement.
I am very happy with my K-Express Essentials Red Brewer, i recieved, after my brewer unexpectedly stopped working. I love that Keurig stand behind thier products for up to a year. The peocess was smooth and seamless, and recieved my replacement fast. I have had Keurig brewers for years, and will continue for many more! Thank you Keurig for the help and making this loyal consumer feel like we do matter!
