After 5 years, my K-Express stopped brewing. I called the company from paperwork included when I bought it. They were extremely great on the phone. I asked if I could send it in for repair.
They said no and asked if I would like a new exact model sent to me. WOW! A week or so later on my doorsteo is a brand new coffee maker, same model.
Great company.
