My K-Express decided not to work one day. I called and started the claim. They sent me an email to complete the claim that was quick and easy. Within a few days I received my replacement K-Express. The process was a great experience for me.
It took several tries before my photos of the SN and receipt were accepted which took a lot of time... I'm sure that's on me, but it still was frustrating ~~ I will say that once the replacement was approved, the coffeemaker arrived very quickly and is doing a great job for me! Thank you for that...I've had a Keurig for at least 10 years and would hate to do without it!
Not much to say except this is the second replacement they sent me but warranty is been honored just fine, very pleased, but the coffee makers not working very long Im not happy with.

The cup on the for the milk to get foamy quit work

I love it ! But the cup for heating the milk quit working after about a month and I loved my coffee with the foam

New replacement unit has failed to function in even less time than the last one. A month and acting up, two and failing to brew.
Thank you for all the help I received in diagnosising the problems with the first coffee maker. The girl was pleasant. Thank you too for replacing the coffee maker. I appreciate it as I hadn't had the first one a whole month. I will definitely recommend Keurig products to everyone as you stand behind your warranty. Very good product. The second coffee maker is working just fine.
