This Warranty Replacement K-Express is worse than the one it replaced. I believe this is a refurbished coffee maker as there was NO paperwork in the box. It sorta worked for 1 week, then it would only stay on about 10 seconds, would not heat the water and now the 6 & 8 oz lights are simultaneously blinking. My husband is fed up with Keurig products and just wants a refund.
