I love my Keurig! My son bought my first Keurig for me for Christmas in 2014. It was the deluxe model. I enjoy the Keurig Express. Decent take up as much room. Easy to descale. I appreciate replacing my previous one.
I had bought a single K-Cup Keurig after a few weeks use it stopped working. I contacted Keurig and they asked for proof of purchase. All I had to do was submit my sales slip & picture of the serial number. Within a week I received a new one.
we have never had a Kuric that went more then the warrenty. the warrenty is good, you get a new one that also will not last after awhile you give up and buy something that works. i think the company would be better off making a good product.
