I'm glad that I was sent another coffee maker as it was still under warranty. I am disappointed that every time I try to descale, it does and I have to be sent another one. It just seems like such a waste.
Everyone at the warranty center for my Keurig K Essentials coffee maker was very helpful and prompt. Although I’m wondering if my original warranty is still in effect for my replacement since I still had over 2 years left on my original Keurig.
We haven't used it yet, but we have loved our Keurig products for years. The warranty is great. It was easy to submit the application for the warranty replacement and was received a few days later.
