Love the convenience of my Keurig, especially since that was the reason I initially bought the product. Replacement of my non-functional coffeemaker was efficient, with good communication on status. The replacement product, however, seems to be inconsistent in the amount of coffee in my cup. I have not tested it with a measuring cup, but intend to do so. Wondering if I was sent a refurbished coffeemaker instead of new…. Anyway, I had no problems getting a replacement, and hope no problem if this replacement is not to my satisfaction.
This is my second Keruig. 1 was hot and cold brew, Stop working with five weeks after purchase throw it out then I bought the other one which was just for hot bro broke in less than two weeks so this will be my third one so far so good
