Definitely a sleek coffee maker. My only concern is that my previous model self destructed during the descale process. And the warranty replacement did the same thing. My latest purchase didn’t work right out of the box, but a call to the help line got me a warranty replacement within a few days. The big test will be when this new model needs a descale. It seems like these newer models have some kind of issue with their electronics during descale.
After 8 months the machine broke, keurig wouldn't replace as per the manufacturer warranty because i no longer had the receipt. I had the box with the upc but that wasn't enough. So they sold me a replacement, luckily they emailed me a receipt for it, so when it breaks I can replace it.
