Although this is a single serve coffee maker I can get about two cups before filling with water. I like that there is a button to let me know when it is time to descale the coffee maker. It is important to use only Keurig approved pods because it could malfunction. Also to follow whatever the instruction shows.

With all the technology today, there is a better way, other than, to cut the cord, and send a picture. A week without a coffee maker is a long time.
Secondly, why must I replace a coffee maker every 5-6 months? Bad product and that makes me sad
