While it was not simple to find the appropriate contact information for warranty replacements, the actual warranty replacement process was not difficult once I found the information. One phone call to troubleshoot the coffee maker and when all of the troubleshooting steps failed, I received the replacement in a few days.

Sleek and Simple

I got this product to try complimentary from Influenster. I really love coffee so I was excited to try a new machine. This version takes up so much less counter space than my old one. It needs the water replaced more often, but I’d prefer that to a huge eyesore on my counter. It’s easy to find pods for it and I like that it tells you when it’s time to clean it.
I gave it four stars for coffee quality. I have no qualms with the machine, but the coffee (no matter the pod) is always just okay. I have a different type of machine I use and the coffee just tastes better. If you have only ever used a Keurig, this is a great model to try. If you are picky about how bold or flavorful your coffee is, this is one to skip.

I bought this one for when I travel. It’s traveled thousands and thousands of miles. Flying and driving. Fits in my large luggage. One thing that impresses me the most with how fast it is. I have the elite at home and it has lots of fancy features but I think I like this one better. Only thing I don’t like is it’s white. Only color they had when I bought it.

Registering the K-Express Essentials

I just bought this today, I ran the water through before we use the coffee maker tomorrow morning. I want to register the coffee maker and I found the serial number S/N:xx.xxxx.xxxxxxx however it says I need to put all numbers and symbols. This is all I have. Can I get some assistance with this please. Otherwise Keurig is a great product and can't wait to use the machine.
